Our love affair with Upstate South Carolina runs deep—so deep that our journey actually brought us back to the Greenville area for the third time. Today, we happily call the Simpsonville Five Forks area our permanent home.

While we work side by side as business partners, our most important roles are at home as parents to five children and grandparents to three. Having raised our family while navigating the logistical and emotional hurdles of moving from state to state, we know that finding a house is only half the battle—it’s about finding a community where your family can truly thrive.

When we founded The Mary Sloka Team, we set out to build a real estate practice centered entirely on the empathy, data-driven clarity, and radical support we always wished we had.
